- Turn on main waterline and timer
- Run through each zone to adjust nozzles and complete minor repairs on-site
- Set water timer for the growing season
- Sticker the timer with each zone number and what it covers for future reference
- Send confirmation email with run times
- Assess for larger damage or necessary adjustments and communicate next steps for additional repair and pricing
$107 Summer watering adjustment per visit includes:
- Adjust for summer watering restrictions for Municipal allowances and schedules
- Set timers for summer watering restrictions and notify via email if any issues should be addressed
- Ensure that timers are working correctly
- Check that plants aren’t being over- or under-watered
- Check all heads and drip lines are clear and working properly
$107 Fall lines blowout includes:
- Turn off the water main
- Blowout each irrigation zone with a large compressor so that pipes do not freeze over winter
- Open valves
- Disconnect hose bib connections (if applicable)
- Turn off timers
- Flag any repairs for spring

If your system needs any repairs or maintenance please feel free to reach out. We have a minimum charge of $91.96, which covers our travel time and most minor repairs (parts are billed separately). Anything that cannot be handled within the minimum charge will be $91.96 per hour plus materials.
